Summer housing

New Jersey Only:

New Jersey is our home state, so we know a lot about possible inexpensive accomodations here and provide our partners with information on where the students can stay. Since seasonal housing market changes every year, we usually send all the information in May. Please note that all the provided information is only a guide. It will be up to the student to secure affordable and safe housing. Since most of our New Jersey jobs are on the Atlantic ocean Resort area , the seasonal prices are quite high. The students generally pay 80-100$ per person per week, and have to share a room among three-four people. The landlords may also require a 50-150$ refundable security deposit.

New Jersey Group Arrangements:

We may be able to help groups of students to rent a summer house. In this case the students will enjoy a full house, including kitchen, backyard, etc. Moreover, group rates are generally lower, often just 60-85$ per week, depending on how many people you will choose to live with. You have the best chances of getting a house if you arrive in early June, or in May. Students interested in this option are advised to call us.

Other US States:

Some of our employers may be from Alaska or other states. It is our policy that in this case we ask the employers either to provide housing or to assist students in finding and securing safe and affordable options. The students are also advised to call the employer two-three weeks before arrival and to discuss possible accomodations.
